I offer psychoeducation classes for individuals, couples, families and organizations, covering topics including:

  • Neurodivergence (building a care team, seeking formal assessment, self-advocating, understanding your neurotype)

  • Mindfulness for mental health

  • Sex Education across the lifespan

  • Communication and consent (Nonviolent communication and Authentic Relating)

  • Navigating perimenopause (body, mind, and spirit)

  • Being a queer-affirming parent or family member

  • Exploring the intersection of these topics (neurodivergence and sex, ADHD and perimenopause, neurodivergence and communication, sex-positivity for parents)

coaching

I offer coaching for clients seeking future-oriented personal growth in the areas of neurodivergence & consensual non-monogamy. The coaching container is distinct from the psychotherapeutic container in that it does not treat mental health issues or focus on healing from past events. There is an emphasis on client work between sessions, so coaching clients are expected to have capacity in their life to focus on actionable goals, building skills and shifting habits to create change. 

Because the coaching dynamic is distinct from the psychotherapeutic dynamic, I do not offer coaching services for my psychotherapy clients. I offer coaching to clients who are psychologically resourced through their own practices or are supported by another psychotherapist.
